We will be happy to provide you with an RMA number & the instructions for returning your item.
DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
Returns must be requested within 10 DAYS of receipt. All items must be unworn and have all the original tags attached for return/refund consideration or authorization. All sale items are final. The return request must be done before the 10th day upon receiving the order or refund will not be granted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be returned in original packaging and with all original tags and accessories attached. All refunds will be applied back to the original payment method.
If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Steps for Return:
- Please submit your return request here: and enter your order number, email address, item(s) you are returning, and reason for return.
- Upon approval of your return request you will receive and email with an RMA number and the instructions to send the item or items back to BIG STRAPPERS.
- When sending a return back please make sure you have the tracking number because we are not responsible if a package is lost or stolen in transit back to our headquarters. If the item is lost or stolen in transit we will not issue a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the return. You will be notified when the item is received and when we have processed the return. Depending on your bank the refund will process with 3-5 business days.
If you have any other questions or concerns regarding the return policy please email and we can assist you. We recommend that you choose a shipping service that allows you to track your package and that you insure your package.

How long does it take to process orders?
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase from our Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7-14 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping time may vary depending on verification of order. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we are processing your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.
With our current shipping all domestic orders shipping within the U.S.A. receive free standard shipping if over $100.
Following credit card authorization and verification, you will receive your order within approximately 7-14 days (Monday through Friday). This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. Please note; our shipping warehouse is located in Los Angeles. If your shipping address is within California, you will generally receive your package within 5 days.
At this time Saturday delivery service is not available.
At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.
